AlvinFlix respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the US DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512) and applicable local law. Catalog artwork/metadata is sourced from TMDb under license; playback is via licensed embeds/streams.

How to file a notice

Email dmca@alvinailab.com with subject "DMCA Takedown" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work (title, owner, registration if any).
2. Exact AlvinFlix URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Your name, address, phone, email.
4. Good-faith statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.
5. Physical or electronic signature.

Process

• Acknowledge within 2 business days; remove/disable access to validly-noticed material expeditiously.
• Notify the uploader/provider where applicable; repeat-infringer accounts terminated.
• Counter-notices accepted per §512(g); material may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless suit is filed.

Misuse

Knowingly false notices may create liability under §512(f). Abusive reporters are blocked.
