1. Service

AlvinFlix is a subscription video streaming service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
  • You are responsible for your credentials. Sharing accounts outside your household may result in suspension.
  • One person may not operate multiple abusive/trial accounts to evade payment.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free tier: browse and watch free titles only. Premium unlocks premium titles.
  • Plans: Monthly (30 days) and Yearly (365 days). Prices are shown at checkout in BDT/USD and are the server-side price of record.
  • Manual payments (bKash): premium activates only after admin verification of your Transaction ID.
  • Online payments via SSLCommerz: premium activates only after server-side validation with SSLCommerz.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. Expiry downgrades you to Free.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, ripping, redistribution, credential sale, chargeback fraud, or circumvention of access controls.
  • No uploading of unlawful content via any input (titles, reviews, payment notes).
  • We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or payment disputes.

5. Content

Catalog metadata/artwork is provided via TMDb and studio sources. Availability varies by licensing. Trailers are promotional. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any title.

6. Intellectual property

AlvinFlix branding, site design and original copy are owned by Alvin AI Lab. Third-party titles belong to their owners. See our DMCA policy for takedown requests.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Profile (requires password + DELETE confirmation). We may suspend for Terms violations or fraud.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvin AI Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
